OUR STORY
Ukulele Corner came from a collaboration between two musicians; Jeff Peterson and Simon Powis. Jeff is a Grammy Award winning musician from Hawaii with a wealth of experience in multiple musical styles. Simon is an international performer and educator of the classical guitar.
With a joint enthusiasm for online education Jeff and Simon built Ukulele Corner following the Cornerstone Method that has worked so successfully for thousands of classical guitarists around the world. Building a curriculum based on structured materials, graded progression, and deliberate practice principles, Ukulele Corner has become a home for world class music education.
ABOUT JEFF PETERSON
Recognized as one of Hawaii’s most versatile musicians, Jeff Peterson is at the heart of the Hawaiian music scene today. His passion for the guitar has allowed him to shine as a solo artist and has given him the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of artists from Hawaii, across the US, and abroad. His focus on Slack Key guitar, classical, and jazz music has allowed him to develop a unique and transcendent voice on the guitar while being deeply rooted in the traditions of his Hawaiian heritage.

Introduction to Fingerstyle Ukulele
Learn how to play fingerstyle ukulele from the very beginning. The course follows a structured progression with five levels and includes sheet music, backing tracks, video lessons, and performances.
Classical Ukulele Grades 1 – 4
Featuring 30 pieces of classical repertoire this course provides lessons, performances, and sheet music on a range of beautiful classical piece. For low G ukulele.
Classical Ukulele Grades 4 – 8
Featuring intermediate to advanced piece, this course delves into true masterpieces of the classical repertoire including works by Bach, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Puccini, Barrios and more.

The accompanying download lets you learn the music and then play along with an expert. Very easy to follow tablature along with notes should you prefer to read the music. Would give 5 stars. Also online support was helpful..
