Akaka Falls for Fingerstyle Ukulele

In this video, Jeff Peterson plays his arrangement of Helen Lindsey Parker’s “Akaka Falls” for fingerstyle ukulele. This song was composed and first recorded in 1934.

The song is inspired by the gorgeous landscape of the tall Akaka Falls that originates from the Kolekole Stream on Hawaiʻi Island.
